Frequently Asked Questions
Why 1 Stop Signs?
Because we can do it all: With a decade of experience and state-of-the-art equipment, the experts at 1Stop Signs can meet your signage needs.
We can design and execute a banner, an awning, lawn signs, billboards, channel letters and illuminated signs. We also specialize in Vehicle Wraps and Boat Wraps. Whatever you’re looking for to promote your group, event or business, we can create it.
Are Vehicle and Marine Wraps worth it?
No question. Vehicular advertising has proven time and again to be the most effective mode of advertising in this, our highly mobile society. More people see your message, and more people remember it.
So, I decide to go with a Vehicle or Boat Wrap. How do you do it?
First, we’ll sit down with you and work out a design, and take accurate measurements of your vehicle or boat. Then we’ll print the graphics using high-quality vinyl and weather resistant inks. We’ll apply the wrap, and laminate it to ensure a long life. On the front bumper, hood and side mirrors, we apply 3M ClearMask ™ protective film to guard against everything the outside elements can throw at you.
All of our work comes with a comprehensive warranty, so not only is your vehicle or boat protected, you are too.
How long will the wrap stay on?
In most cases you can leave a wrap on a boat or vehicle from two to five years, according to the manufacturers’ warranty. 1 Stop Signs guarantees all of their workmanship with a promise to fix any problems that you encounter with the finished product.
Will a Vehicle Wrap damage my paint?
Nothing is fool-proof. Before you choose to go with a Vehicle or Marine Wrap, we will test the paint to make sure there are no flaws that may be further damaged by a vinyl wrap.
We lease our vehicles. Can they still be wrapped?
Leased vehicles are wrapped throughout the country without incident or damage.
But, check with the people that you lease from to be sure.
How do I care for my wrap?
Whether it’s a boat, a truck or any sort of four-wheeled vehicle, hand-washing is best. Avoid high pressure washes and be careful never to use an ice scraper on window graphics. There are specially designed products to clean and polish vinyl graphics, so ask your salesperson.
What are the advantages of a Vehicle Wrap as opposed to a new paint job?
In short, creativity and flexibility. Wrapping your vehicle or boat in a custom design allows you to get your message across in new and exciting ways. It’s cost-effective, eye-catching and most of all, mobile!
Vinyl wraps are a great way to protect and add life to your original paint job. If you ever want to change your design or your message, the old wrap comes off, and the new one goes on. It’s as simple as that.
So, what else do you do?
Signs of all sorts. We do lawn signs, billboards, large-format printing including banners and awnings, posters, you name it. And just like our wraps, we’ll work with you to design and create something that’s right for you.
